You will notice when you make your online purchases "in-store pickup" is your only shipping option.

We offer this because we are a real store and we want you to visit us! Also, when you pick up your stuff at the store, you can try it on before you go! If it doesn't fit, we'll set you up with something that does.

If you really can't come to pick up your purchase, we'll mail it to you. Call us at (415) 663-8303 to make shipping arrangements.

Also, please notice that our online return policy is the same as our in-store policy. We offer exchanges or store credit, but no cash or credit card refunds.
